Penarth is a small city right next to Cardiff, South Wales. It is a lovely place where mostly middle-class families live. We have lived there with my partner for over one year and I have been commuting on bike to Cardiff to work. The Pier has cafe and cinema inside and is lovely place to have a Sunday walk, not even seagulls are too aggressive there.
